Sophie Sinclair/Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) qualified for the 2022 Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-7 against Katie McMillan/Mark Watt (Stirling, SCO).

Sinclair/Whyte finished 5-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinclair/Whyte defeated Vicky Wright/Grant Hardie (Stirling, SCO) 10-3, then won 8-0 against Lucy Blair/Struan Carson (Greenacres, SCO) and 9-4 against Holly Wilkie-Milne/Gregor Cannon (Stirling, SCO). Sinclair/Whyte won 9-5 against Eilidh Yeats/Blair Haswell (Stirling, SCO), then won 9-6 against Rachael Dakers/Harry Gow (Edinburgh, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Sinclair/Whyte earned 13.965 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship, remaining in 777th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 10.254 after improving upon their best so far this season.
