Bryce lost 10-9 to James Craik (Forfar, SCO) where Bryce responded with a 8-5 win over Strawhorn. Bryce went on to lose 6-3 against Watt. Bryce lost 6-5 to Paterson. Bryce lost 10-3 to Whyte. Bryce lost 9-3 to Craik in their final qualifying round match.
