Skrlik finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Skrlik defeated Tiffany Steuber (Edmonton, AB) 8-1, then went on to lose 8-4 against Keiser. Skrlik responded with a 6-2 win over Krysta Hilker (Edmonton, AB). Skrlik won 4-0 against Pam Appelman (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Alberta Curling Series: Thistle, Skrlik take home 15.579 world rankings points along with the $1,378CDN prize. Skrlik move up 7 spots after posting a net gain of 13.082 points improving upon their best 2 results so far this season, ranking 56th overall with 47.631 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
