To advance to the championship game, Konschuh won 7-5 over Ted Appelman (Edmonton , AB) in the semifinals of the 2021 Alberta Curling Series: Thistle in Edmonton, Alberta; and won 9-6 over Daylan Vavrek (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Alberta Curling Series: Thistle in Edmonton, Alberta;
 
Konschuh finished 3-1 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Konschuh lost 5-4 to Evan van Amsterdam (Calgary, AB), then responded with a 5-3 win over Rob Maksymetz (Grande Prairie, AB). Konschuh won 10-1 against Matt Willerton (Edmonton, AB), then won 9-6 against Scott Webb (Grande Prairie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Alberta Curling Series: Thistle, Konschuh take home 11.984 world rankings points along with the $1,526CDN prize, moving up 59 spots the World Ranking Standings into 126th place overall with 21.943 total points.
