Scheidegger finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scheidegger defeated Walker 7-2, then won 7-6 against Melissa Pierce (Edmonton, AB). Scheidegger went on to lose 6-5 against Krysta Hilker (Edmonton, AB). Scheidegger responded with a 6-0 win over Marla Sherrer (Lacombe, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Alberta Curling Series: Avonair, Scheidegger take home 20.214 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN prize, remaining in 24th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 6.339 after improving upon their best so far this season. Scheidegger ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 88.458 points earned so far this season.
