To advance to the championship game, Flasch won 5-2 over Kody Hartung (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2022 SaskTel Tankard in Whitewood, Saskatchewan;
 
Flasch finished 4-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Flasch defeated Daymond Bernath (Saskatoon, SK) 9-6, then won 9-1 against Hartung to advance to a A-Qualifier game where they lost 8-5 against Dunstone. Flasch lost 8-7 to Kelly Knapp (Regina, SK) where Flasch responded with a 11-4 win over Brent Gedak (Regina, SK) to advance to the C-Qualifier where they 10-1 against Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the SaskTel Tankard Championship title, Flasch earned 30.450 world rankings points. Flasch move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 23.903 points improving upon their best 6 results so far this season, ranking 15th overall with 197.847 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
