Evans won 9-7 against Jolianne Fortin (Kenogami, QC). Evans went on to lose 8-7 against Cassie Rogers (Yellowknife, NT). Evans responded with a 7-3 win over Rachel MacLean (Cornwall, PEI). Evans won 11-6 against Tansy Tober (Winnipeg, MB), then won 9-6 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB). Evans went on to lose 7-5 against Katy Lukowich (Sudbury, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.
Evans earned 10.094 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Canadian Junior Womens Championship.
