To advance to the championship game, Einarson won 8-4 over Andrea Crawford (Fredericton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2022 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Thunder Bay, Ontario;
 
Einarson finished 8-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Hollie Duncan (Woodstock, ON) 12-5, then won 6-3 against Christina Black (Dartmouth, NS) and 8-5 against Laurie St-Georges (Laval-sur-la-Lac, QC). Einarson won 10-5 against Laura Walker (Edmonton, AB), then won 10-5 against Mary-Anne Arsenault (Kelowna, BC) and 6-4 against Hailey Birnie (Whitehorse, YK). Einarson won 8-5 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT), then won 10-7 against Mackenzie Zacharias (Altona, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Scotties Tournament of Hearts Championship title, Einarson earned 88.825 world rankings points, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 3rd place overall with 322.044 total points. Einarson ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 217.027 points earned so far this season.
