Pierce responded with a 9-4 win over Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB). Pierce won 7-6 against Michelle Hartwell (Edmonton, AB), then won 8-6 against Krysta Hilker (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Sentinel Storage Alberta Scotties - Qualifier, Pierce take home 8.663 world rankings points, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 86th place overall with 33.345 total points. Pierce ranks 77th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 22.576 points earned so far this season.
