Christensen finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Christensen defeated Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks , AK) 12-1, then won 9-1 against Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND). Christensen went on to lose 8-2 against Sinclair. Christensen responded with a 8-3 win over Bear. Christensen won 10-1 against Kim Rhyme (Minneapolis, MN), then won 6-3 against Delaney Strouse (Midland, MI) in their final qualifying round match.
