To advance to the championship game, Rhyme won 9-2 over Delaney Strouse (Minneapolis, MN) in the semifinals of the 2021 Curve US Open of Curling Contender in Blaine, Minnesota, United States;
 
Rhyme finished 3-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rhyme lost 10-4 to Madison Bear (Chaska, MN, MN), then responded with a 7-2 win over Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND). Rhyme won 8-6 against Strouse, then won 7-4 against Bella Hagenbuch (Villa, IL). Rhyme went on to lose 5-4 against Workin in their final qualifying round match.
