Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) won 7-6 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) in the Final of the Japan Curling Championships, held February 8 - 14, 2021 in Wakkanai, Japan. To advance to the championship game, Yoshimura won 8-2 over Seina Nakajima (Nagano, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2021 Japan Curling Championships in Wakkanai, Japan;
 
Yoshimura finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yoshimura defeated Tori Koana (Yamanashi, JPN) 7-4, then won 9-3 against Ami Enami (Karuizawa, JPN). Yoshimura went on to lose 9-8 against Fujisawa. Yoshimura responded with a 8-6 win over Nakajima. Yoshimura won 8-6 against Shinobu Aota (Aomori, JPN), then won 14-1 against Kaori Nobuki (Okayama, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
