Koe won 9-3 against Thomas Scoffin (Whitehorse, YK). Koe went on to lose 8-6 against Matt Dunstone (Regina, SK). Koe responded with a 5-2 win over James Grattan (Oromocto, NB). Koe won 5-4 against Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, CAN), then won 8-3 against Tyler Smith (Crapaud, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.
