Burton finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Burton defeated Ethan Chung (St. Albert, AB) 8-2, then went on to lose 7-1 against Sonnenberg. Burton responded with a 7-6 win over Clarence Cheung (Crestwood, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
