Miller/Helston finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Miller/Helston defeated Brennin Turner/Nicolas Oake (St. Albert, AB) 11-3, then won 7-1 against Macey McPherson/Sam Goodey (Lacombe, AB) and 8-3 against Dana Algot/Gryffen Algot (Sherwood Park, AB).
