Thangadurai/Macaulay finished 4-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Thangadurai/Macaulay defeated Emily Plett/Nicholas Woznesensky (Red Deer, AB) 9-4, then went on to lose 8-3 against Tori Hartwell/Mackenzie Charbonneau (Leduc, AB). Thangadurai/Macaulay lost 8-5 to Kaylee Raniseth/Zac Duncan (Calgary, AB) where Thangadurai/Macaulay responded with a 9-6 win over Brianna Levesque/Marcus Sawiak (Leduc, AB).
