Lauren Wasylkiw/Shane Konings (Unionville, ON) qualified for the 2022 Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Kimberly Tuck/Wayne Tuck Jr. (Strathroy, ON).  of the 2022 Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship in Wingham, Ontario, Canada; 
 
Wasylkiw/Konings finished 3-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wasylkiw/Konings defeated Grace Holyoke/Thomas Ryan (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON) 10-7, then won 10-2 against Lyndsey Wilson/Scott Dow (Palmerston , ON) and 9-1 against Ling-Yue Hung/Jason Chang (Hong Kong, HKG) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Wasylkiw/Konings earned 10.096 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 8.572 after improving upon their best so far this season. Wasylkiw/Konings ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 88.870 points earned so far this season.
