Peter De Cruz (Geneve, SUI) won 8-1 over Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI) in the Final of the Adelboden International, held September 10 - 13, 2020 in Adelboden, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, De Cruz won 6-4 over Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2020 Adelboden International in Adelboden, Switzerland; and won 7-6 over Jan Hess (Zug, SUI) in the quarterfinals. of the 2020 Adelboden International in Adelboden, Switzerland;

De Cruz finished 3-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, De Cruz defeated Christian Heinimann (Basel, SUI) 9-1, then won 11-2 against Daniel Magnusson (Karlstad, SWE) and 10-4 against Switzerland's Andrin Schnider in their final qualifying round match.
