Eirin Mesloe (Oslo, NOR) lost 6-4 to Eve Muirhead (Stirling, UK) in the Final of the Tallinn Ladies International Challenger, held November 4 - 7, 2021 in Tallinn, Estonia. To advance to the championship game, Mesloe won 6-4 over Sarah Mueller (Biel, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2021 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia; and won 9-3 over Santa Blumberga (Riga, LAT) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia;
 
Mesloe finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mesloe defeated Liudmila Privivkova (Moscow, RUS) 7-3, then won 6-5 against Tene Link (Tallinn, EST) and 9-3 against Agi Szentannai (Budapest, HUN). Mesloe went on to lose 5-4 against Muirhead. Mesloe responded with a 7-1 win over Mueller in their final qualifying round match.
