Advancing directly to the semifinals, Muirhead won 7-5 over Emma Moberg (Stockholm, SWE) to advance to the championship game. of the 2021 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia;
 
Muirhead finished 5-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead defeated Tene Link (Tallinn, EST) 9-3, then won 6-4 against Sarah Mueller (Biel, SUI) and 7-2 against Liudmila Privivkova (Moscow, RUS). Muirhead won 5-4 against Mesloe, then won 6-3 against Agi Szentannai (Budapest, HUN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Tallinn Ladies International Challenger Championship title, Muirhead earned 24.199 world rankings points along with the $1,721CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 10th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 231.430 total points. Muirhead ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 89.438 points earned so far this season.
