In their opening game, Grabarczyk defeated Mitchell Katcher (Brandon, MB) 9-6, then won 8-5 against Nicholas Lemieux (St. Catharines, ON) and 7-5 against Daniel Bruce (St. John's, NL). Grabarczyk went on to lose 9-5 against Dylan Niepage (Guelph, ON). Grabarczyk lost 8-2 to Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS). Grabarczyk lost 6-5 to Matthew Hall (Waterloo, ON). Grabarczyk lost 8-5 to Karsten Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Grabarczyk earned 3.367 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 34 of the event schedule, Grabarczyk did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
