Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE) won 8-3 over Daniel Magnusson (Karlstad, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Championships, held February 6 - 10, 2020 in Jonkoping, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Edin won 6-2 over Alexander Lindstroem (Norrkoping, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2020 Swedish Championships in Jonkoping, Sweden; and won 7-3 over Anders Antonsson (Solleftea, SWE) in the quarterfinals.

Edin finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin defeated Antonsson 9-0, then won 7-2 against Mats Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE) and 10-0 against Anders Kraupp (Stocksund, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish Championships Championship title, Edin earned 27.574 world rankings points. Edin move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of -18.217 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 6th overall with 304.836 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
