Callum Kinnear (Perth, SCO) run at the 2020 Scottish Curling Junior Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-3 loss to Hamish Gallacher (Dumfries, SCO). of the 2020 Scottish Curling Junior Championships in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland;

Kinnear finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kinnear defeated Orrin Carson (Dumfries, SCO) 9-5, then won 10-8 against Gavin Cameron (Moray, SCO). Kinnear went on to lose 4-3 against Gallacher. Kinnear responded with a 8-1 win over Bill Turner (Dumfries, SCO). Kinnear went on to lose 5-4 against James Craik (Forfar, SCO). Kinnear responded with a 8-4 win over Ross Craik (Forfar, SCO). Kinnear won 7-3 against Jacob Holder (Moray, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Kinnear earned 6.056 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Scottish Curling Junior Championships. For week 27 of the event schedule, Kinnear did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kinnear ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
