In their opening game, Crawford defeated Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB) 9-2, then won 10-3 against Karen Cousins (Saint John, NB) and 12-6 against Sarah Mallais (Saint John, NB). Crawford won 10-3 against Sharon Levesque (Moncton, NB), then won 7-4 against Quillian in their final qualifying round match.
