Sylvie Quillian (Moncton, NB) lost 6-3 to Andrea Crawford (Oromocto, NB) in the Final of the New Brunswick Scotties, held January 22 - 26, 2020 at the Riverside Golf and Curling Club in Saint John, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Quillian won 8-7 over Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2020 New Brunswick Scotties in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada;
 
Quillian finished 3-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Quillian defeated Sharon Levesque (Moncton, NB) 5-4, then went on to lose 7-5 against Comeau. Quillian responded with a 9-5 win over Karen Cousins (Saint John, NB). Quillian won 9-2 against Sarah Mallais (Saint John, NB). Quillian went on to lose 7-4 against Crawford in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the New Brunswick Scotties, Quillian take home 5.363 world rankings points, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 71st place overall with 52.422 total points. Quillian ranks 73rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 46.066 points earned so far this season.
