To advance to the championship game, Bedard won 9-8 over Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC) in the semifinals of the 2020 WFG Quebec Tankard in Valleyfield, Quebec;
 
Bedard finished 7-2 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bedard lost 8-7 to Roberge, then responded with a 6-4 win over Jean-Sebastien Roy (Saguenay, QC). Bedard won 11-2 against Alexandre Leduc (Valleyfield, QC), then won 7-6 against Steve Holdaway (Montreal , QC) and 10-7 against John Stewart (Valleyfield, QC). Bedard won 10-3 against Mark Homan (Gatineau, QC), then won 7-6 against Yannick Martel (Saguenay, QC). Bedard went on to lose 8-6 against Fournier. Bedard responded with a 9-4 win over Martin Ferland (Trois-Rivieres, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the WFG Quebec Tankard Championship title, Bedard earned 18.683 world rankings points. Bedard move up 29 spots after posting a net gain of 13.788 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 99th overall with 43.290 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Bedard ranks 98th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 38.394 points earned so far this season.
