To advance to the championship game, Duncan won 6-5 over Danielle Inglis (Mississauga, ON) in the semifinals of the 2020 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Cornwall, Ontario;
Duncan finished 5-3 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Duncan defeated Jacqueline Harrison (Dundas, ON) 8-6, then won 7-6 against Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON) and 9-1 against Julie Hastings (Stouffville, ON). Duncan went on to lose 7-6 against Megan Balsdon (Woodstock, ON). Duncan responded with a 10-4 win over Susan Froud (Stroud, ON). Duncan won 9-6 against Chelsea Brandwood (Listowel, ON). Duncan went on to lose 9-3 against Homan. Duncan lost 9-5 to Inglis in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Duncan take home 15.180 world rankings points.
