Madison Bear (Pardeeville, WI) finished 2-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bear lost 8-6 to Christine McMakin (Minneapolis, MN), then responded with a 7-5 win over Emily Anderson (Broomall, PA). Bear won 9-6 against Stephanie Senneker (Port Huron, MI). Bear went on to lose 10-6 against Ann Podoll (Fargo, ND). Bear lost 7-6 to Senneker in their final qualifying round match.
