To advance to the championship game, Wuest won 5-4 over Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2019 Schweizer Cup in Biel, Switzerland;

Wuest finished 2-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wuest defeated Stern 8-4, then won 7-2 against Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Schweizer Cup, Wuest take home 24.930 world rankings points along with the $4,022CDN prize, moving up 51 spots the World Ranking Standings into 87th place overall with 42.334 total points.
