Elena Stern (Oberwallis, SUI) won 8-4 over Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI) in the Final of the Schweizer Cup, held December 19 - 22, 2019 in Biel, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, Stern won 8-6 over Binia Feltscher (Langenthal, SUI) in the semifinals
 
Stern finished 4-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stern lost 8-4 to Wuest, then responded with a 7-5 win over Irene Schori (Limmattal, SUI). Stern went on to lose 6-3 against Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI). Stern responded with a 8-6 win over Schori. Stern won 7-3 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI), then won 7-5 against Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Schweizer Cup Championship title, Stern earned 33.996 world rankings points along with the $6,704CDN first prize cheque. Stern move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 30.48 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 9th overall with 323.318 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Stern ranks 8th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 241.006 points earned so far this season.
