Dilsat Yildiz (Eruzurum, TUR) lost 5-2 to Veronica Zappone (Pinerolo, ITA) in the Final of the Le Gruyere AOP European B Curling Championships, held November 16 - 23, 2019 in Helsingborg, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Yildiz won 9-4 over Lisa Farnell (Kent, ENG) in the semifinals
 
Yildiz finished 7-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yildiz defeated Marta Pluta (Gliwice, POL) 8-5, then won 10-4 against Lithuania's Asta Vaicekonyte and 10-9 against Elina Virtaala (Hyvinkaa, FIN). Yildiz won 7-4 against Gabriela Kajanova (Bratislava, SVK), then won 9-5 against Marharyta Dziashuk (Minsk, BLR). Yildiz went on to lose 5-2 against Dorottya Palancsa (Budapest, HUN). Yildiz lost 13-4 to Farnell where Yildiz responded with a 8-7 win over Zappone. Yildiz won 11-7 against Oihane Otaegi (San Sebastien, ESP) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Le Gruyere AOP European B Curling Championships, Yildiz take home 15.283 world rankings points, moving up 58 spots the World Ranking Standings into 133rd place overall with 20.775 total points. Yildiz ranks 112th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.283 points earned so far this season.
