To advance to the championship game, Barker won 5-4 over Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2019 Moose Jaw SWCT Event in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 6-4 over Saskatchewan's Nancy Martin in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Moose Jaw SWCT Event in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada;
 
Barker finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker defeated Saskatchewan's Lorraine Arguin 7-6, then won 9-2 against Rae Ann Williamson (Regina, SK) and 5-3 against Jana Tisdale (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Moose Jaw SWCT Event Championship title, Barker earned 22.867 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN first prize cheque. Barker move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 17.032 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 42nd overall with 125.721 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
