Jacobs won 7-4 against Matt Dunstone (Regina, SK), then won 7-3 against Kevin Koe (Calgary, CAN). Jacobs went on to lose 10-6 against John Epping (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Jacobs earned 34.371 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the Tim Hortons Brier, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 23.683 after improving upon their best so far this season.
