Abby Marks (Edmonton, AB) lost 8-6 to Hollie Vincent (Red Deer, AB) in the Final of the Red Deer Elks Junior Womens Spiel, held October 18 - 20, 2019 at the Red Deer Curling Club in Red Deer, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Marks won 6-2 over Serena Gray-Withers (Stonewall, MB) in the semifinals of the 2019 Red Deer Elks Junior Womens Spiel in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada; and won 6-5 over Kathryn Lepine (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Marks are currently 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Marks defeated Jessica Wytrychowski (Calgary, AB) 6-3, then won 6-3 against Wytrychowski and 9-1 against Desormeau. Marks won 6-1 against Morrison. In their next game, Marks plays Cuyler Desormeau (Red Deer, AB) on Saturday at 11am and Kaileigh Morrison (Edmonton, AB) at 3pm.
