To advance to the championship game, Muirhead/Lammie won 8-7 over World's Maia Ramsfjell/Duncan McFadzean in the semifinals of the 2019 Aberdeen Mixed Doubles Championship in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland; and won 8-0 over Sophie Sinclair/Duncan Menzies (Stirling, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Aberdeen Mixed Doubles Championship in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland;
 
Muirhead/Lammie finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead/Lammie defeated Mili Smith/Ross Paterson (Stirling, SCO) 9-2, then went on to lose 6-5 against World's Maia Ramsfjell/Duncan McFadzean. Muirhead/Lammie responded with a 8-3 win over Jayne Stirling/Fraser Kingan (Dumfries, SCO). Muirhead/Lammie won 9-3 against Daina Barone/Arnis Veidemanis (Riga, LAT), then won 9-1 against Gina Aitken/Scott Andrews (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Aberdeen Mixed Doubles Championship Championship title, Muirhead/Lammie earned 28.904 world rankings points along with the $3,422CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 28.904 total points. Muirhead/Lammie ranks 49th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 28.904 points earned so far this season.
