To advance to the championship game, Wilson/Dow won 7-5 over Lauren Wasylkiw/Shane Konings (Unionville, ON) in the semifinals of the 2019 Ilderton Mixed Doubles Spiel in Ilderton, Ontario, Canada; and won 6-5 over Joanne Curtis/Brodie Tarvit (St Thomas, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Ilderton Mixed Doubles Spiel in Ilderton, Ontario, Canada;
 
Wilson/Dow finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wilson/Dow defeated Megan Arnold/Robert Currie (Kitchener, ON) 14-11, then won 12-5 against Jessica Shipmaker/Mike Aprile (Newmarket, ON). Wilson/Dow went on to lose 10-5 against Wasylkiw/Konings in their final qualifying round match.
