Jang/Seong2-3 at 2019 Canad Inns Mixed Doubles Championship

Hyeji Jang/Yujin Seong (Uiseong, KOR) finished 2-3 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jang/Seong lost 7-6 to Manitoba's Jennifer Jones/Brent Laing, then responded with a 10-1 win over British Columbia's Alex Ashton/Dawson Wekkrink. Jang/Seong went on to lose 6-3 against Nancy Martin/Tyrel Griffith (Saskatoon, SK). Jang/Seong responded with a 9-6 win over Clare Moores/Lance Wheeler (Denver, CO). Jang/Seong went on to lose 8-6 against Sherry Just/Ryan Deis (Prince Albert, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Jang/Seong earned 4.217 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Jang/Seong did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 668th place on the World Ranking Standings with 34.664 total points. Jang/Seong ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 38.882 points earned so far this season.
