McCarville finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McCarville defeated Potter 6-4, then won 5-4 against Hailey Beaudry (Thunder Bay, ON) and 5-3 against Cannon. McCarville won 6-5 against Minnesota's Cora Farrell in their final qualifying round match.
