To advance to the championship game, Birt won 7-1 over New Brunswick's Sarah Mallais in the semifinals of the 2019 Atlantic Superstore Monctonian Challenge in Moncton, New Brunswick; and won 12-3 over Julie McEvoy (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Atlantic Superstore Monctonian Challenge in Moncton, New Brunswick;
 
Birt finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Birt defeated Theresa Breen (Halifax, NS) 6-3, then won 8-7 against Nova Scotia's Tanya Hilliard and 7-0 against New Brunswick's Sandy Comeau. Birt won 8-3 against Sylvie Quillian (moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Atlantic Superstore Monctonian Challenge, Birt take home 17.533 world rankings points along with the $1,800CDN prize.
