To advance to the championship game, Bouchard/Charest won 9-8 over Marie-Claude Comeau/Simon Hebert (Valleyfield, QC) in the semifinals of the 2020 GOLDLINE Chicoutimi Mixed Doubles in Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada; and won 8-1 over Marie-Pier Harvey/Sebastien Simard (Saguenay, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2020 GOLDLINE Chicoutimi Mixed Doubles in Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada;

Bouchard/Charest finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bouchard/Charest defeated Genevieve Harvey/Benoit Brassard (Saguenay, QC) 8-4, then won 10-4 against Florence Boivin/Pierre-Luc Morissette (Quebec, QC) and 8-2 against Helene Poisson/Rene Dubois (Kenogami, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the GOLDLINE Chicoutimi Mixed Doubles, Bouchard/Charest take home 10.716 world rankings points along with the $400CDN prize, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 43.127 total points.
