Dorottya Palancsa/Zsolt Kiss (Budapest, HUN) lost 10-2 to Clancy Grandy/Patrick Janssen (Pickering, ON) in the Final of the Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship, held February 21 - 23, 2020 at the Wingham Golf and Curling Club in Wingham, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Palancsa/Kiss won 8-5 over Becca Wood/Shawn Banyai (Denver, CO) in the semifinals of the 2020 Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship in Wingham, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-3 over Hui Yan/Cheng Kuo (Beijing, CHN) in the quarterfinals. of the 2020 Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship in Wingham, Ontario, Canada;

Palancsa/Kiss finished 2-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Palancsa/Kiss defeated Cheng Yu Sun/Wen Xin Zhang (Beijing, CHN) 6-4, then won 10-2 against Grace Holyoke/John Willsey (Waterloo, ON). Palancsa/Kiss went on to lose 9-3 against Ying Yang/Zhi Ling (Beijing, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship, Palancsa/Kiss take home 24.975 world rankings points along with the $1,000CDN prize, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9.99 after improving upon their best so far this season. Palancsa/Kiss ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 152.084 points earned so far this season.
