Eliza Stabulniece (Riga, LAT) qualified for the 2019 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE). of the 2019 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia;

Stabulniece finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stabulniece defeated Kaja Liik-Tamm (Tallinn, EST) 7-4, then went on to lose 7-6 against Michala Nadherova (Prague, CZE). Stabulniece responded with a 5-3 win over Ekaterina Telnova (Moscow, RUS). Stabulniece won 7-6 against Vlada Rumiantseva (Moscow, RUS), then won 6-3 against Dorottya Palancsa (Budapest, HUN) in their final qualifying round match.
