Eliza Stabulniece (Riga, LAT) qualified for the 2019 Latvia International Challenger playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-3 against Anastasia Babarykina (Saint Petersburg, RUS). of the 2019 Latvia International Challenger in Tukums, Latvia;
