To advance to the championship game, Horgan won 5-4 over Eren Oleson (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2019 Manitoba Curling Tour Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba; and won 5-2 over Riley Smith (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Manitoba Curling Tour Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba;

Horgan finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Horgan defeated Oleson 6-0, then won 6-5 against Steen Sigurdson (Gimli, MB) and 6-5 against Jordan Smith (Winnipeg, MB). Horgan went on to lose 7-2 against JT Ryan (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Manitoba Curling Tour Classic Championship title, Horgan earned 24.236 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque. Horgan move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 14.066 points improving upon their best 3 results so far this season, ranking 25th overall with 159.097 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Horgan ranks 17th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 67.565 points earned so far this season.
