Wiebe finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wiebe defeated Chambers 10-9, then won 7-4 against Gauthier and 7-3 against Ty Dilello (Winnipeg, MB). Wiebe won 7-5 against William Kuran (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Wiebe earned 13.734 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Manitoba Curling Tour Classic.
