Daniel Del Conte (Hamilton, ON) won 8-2 over Jacob Jones (Grimsby, ON) in the Final of the OJCT U18 Championships, held April 26 - 28, 2019 in Guelph, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Del Conte won 6-0 over Landan Rooney (Mississauga, ON) in the semifinals
 
Del Conte finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Del Conte defeated Jake Goves (Oakville, ON) 7-3, then won 10-2 against Alex Flannery (Oakville, ON) and 6-5 against Dylan Niepage (Coldwater, ON). Del Conte won 5-4 against Daniel Hocevar (Mississauga, ON). Del Conte went on to lose 8-5 against Rooney in their final qualifying round match.
