Mackenzie Kiemele (Guelph, ON) lost 6-5 to Rachel Steele (Port Perry, ON) in the Final of the OJCT U21 Championships, held April 26 - 28, 2019 in Guelph, Ontario.
 
Kiemele finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kiemele lost 7-3 to Steele, then responded with a 7-4 win over Kayla Gray (Perth, ON). Kiemele won 7-5 against Maddy Warriner (Listowel, ON), then won 8-3 against Veronica Bernard (Kingston, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
