Advancing directly to the semifinals, Wang won 5-2 over Jinho Cha (Seoul, KOR) to advance to the championship game. of the 2019 World Wheelchair Curling Championship in Stirling, Scotland;
Wang finished 8-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wang defeated Cha 5-2, then won 7-4 against Polina Rozkova (Riga, LAT) and 3-2 against Switzerland's Raymond Pfyffer. Wang went on to lose 7-6 against Viljar Villiste (Tallinn, EST). Wang lost 5-3 to Canada's Mark Ideson where Wang responded with a 7-3 win over Neilson. Wang won 9-5 against Steve Emt (Madison, USA), then won 4-3 against Andrey Smirnov (Moscow, RUS). Wang went on to lose 7-5 against Radoslav Duris (Bratislava, SVK). Wang responded with a 8-6 win over Germany's Christiane Putzich. Wang won 4-2 against Rune Lorentsen (Oslo, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.
