Jamie Sinclair (Chaska, USA) won 6-4 over Nina Roth (Madison, USA) in the Final of the USA Curling National Championships, held February 9 - 16, 2019 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
 
Sinclair finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinclair defeated Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks, AK) 8-2, then won 9-6 against Roth and 8-7 against Cory Christensen (Duluth, USA). Sinclair won 9-3 against Kim Rhyme (Minneapolis, MN), then won 11-3 against Ann Podoll (Fargo, ND). Sinclair went on to lose 6-4 against Stephanie Senneker (Port Huron, MI). Sinclair responded with a 7-5 win over Annmarie Dubberstein (Portage, WI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the USA Curling National Championships Championship title, Sinclair earned 38.475 world rankings points. For week 27 of the event schedule, Sinclair did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sinclair ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
