Marc Pfister (Adelboden, SUI) finished 5-0 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Pfister defeated Daniel Timo (Laufen, SUI) 8-4, then won 6-4 against Kim-Lloyd Sciboz (Lausanne, SUI) and 7-5 against Simon Gempeler (Adelboden, SUI). Pfister won 8-1 against Rolf Bruggmann (Uzwil, SUI), then won 8-6 against Michael Mueller (Aarau, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the SWISSCURLING League Championship title, Pfister earned 6.750 world rankings points. Pfister move up 8 spots after posting a net gain of 2.707 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 80th overall with 50.481 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Pfister ranks 79th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 46.439 points earned so far this season.
